Tulip route North East Polder 2021

Feel the Spring time and experience the most colorful Tulip fields of the Netherlands.

In the North East Polder, you will find the longest tulip route in the Netherlands. This route has been voted by National Geographic as one of the World’s prettiest car routes.

The views in the North East Polder are amazingly beautiful. . You can follow designated Tulip Route signs to view the amazing different colors of all the fields which has a length of 100 km in total. This route is specifically made for cars, bikes and walkers. The routes are different every year, depending on where the tulip fields are located. Different activities are organized along the route. The 4 gardens are not located on the route this year, batyou will find them a few kilometers away from the route.

As with every other year, specific routes have been laid out for your pleasure.

Leave the A6 at junction 16 and follow sign Bant. At the roundabout in Bant, follow signs for Emmeloord. Then take the first road to the right, at the fourth left.

The Goldhoorn Gardens are located on the Klutenweg 13, in Bant.

Garden route along 4 unique Polder gardens.

During the tulip route, 4 exclusive private gardens are open which contain thousands of tulips and other bulbs combined with perennials. These gardens are now known at home and abroad. The gardens are located approximately 7 km. from one another.

These gardens are definitely worth a visit.

“The Goldhoorn Gardens”
In the surprising garden of 4000 m2 there are thousands of flower bulbs in combination with perennials in the spring. Many bulbs are planted every year. The garden is open every day during the tulip route from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Groups always by appointment. You can come to us for a cup of coffee / tea or lunch. (lunch by appointment)
